At asali.ch, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 10days of receiving your order. Please review the following guidelines for a smooth return process:

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as you received it. Please note that the following items are not eligible for return:
- Used or opened items
- Items not in their original condition
- Items damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Food items
3. Return Timeframe
Complaints and requests for returns must be made within the first 10 days of receiving your order. We are unable to accept returns or complaints after this period.
4. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at email@example.com within the specified timeframe. Provide your order number and a detailed explanation of the reason for the return. Our customer service team will guide you through the return process.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
